2008 Psycho-Social Executive Profile

On January 8th, 2008, I took a pshycho-social executive profile assessment. Of the many insightful things it brought out, I want to share a brief excerpt from page 8:

“Different occupational interests have been found to be associated with personality qualities. Robert shows personality characteristics similar to social persons, who indicate a preference for associating with other people. Such interactions are distinguished by a nurturing, sympathetic quality. Robert may find it very easy to relate to all kinds of people. In addition to being warm and friendly, social persons are typically receptive to different views and opinions. They feel most comfortable in positions that allow for regular social interaction. Occupational fields associated with social personas are teaching, counseling, psychology, social work and health services.

Additionally, Robert shows personality characteristics similar to enterprising persons, who enjoy interactive with others in an assertive role. Social interactions are warm and animated; enterprising persons may enjoy being the focus of attention. Such persons are socially bold and may try to persuade others or assume a position of leadership. Occupational fields associated with enterprising persons are business, sales, political activity, management and law.”

Interesting…
